Jim, Sounds like you have an oil seal leaking in your TA. Or,it may be the seal on the shaft driving your LPTO. The dry clutch [TA] cavity has drain holes in the bottom of it. If oil leaks into this area, it may build up for a while until you tip the tractor like you did. It has been a couple of years since I rebuilt my TA, but I had the same problem. I am sure a CASE IH dealer could rebuild your TA, but it may be cheaper to find an independent shop to do the work. Rebuilt TA's are available on an exchange basis. Still, it is a big job to split your tractor and make the replacement. Good luck.
