Your gonna have to pry the main water pump belt off the lower pulley and feed it around the fan blades. You might get lucky and beable to loosen up the adjustable hub on the main belt but don't bet on it. Then you can remove the generator belt and replace. If you have a stock generator, unhook it from the tightening bracket and push it up against the engine block. You can remove the belt then fairly easy. Then stick on your generator belt and then the main belt. If the main belt is showing any wear, this is a good time to replace it also!
