Kory the angled screw on the bottom of the carburetor is the high speed mixture screw. With the engine at full RPM, turn that one in clockwise until the engine starts to cutout due to lack of fuel. The turn it 1/2 turn counter clockwise. The idle mixture screw is on the left side of the main body. This one will vary greatly between Hs. Screw it all the way in and back it out until the engine sounds good at idle. The idle speed screw faces you on the upper body next to where the governor tube hooks into the carburetor. Adjust that to your desire.
