1957 International 300 Utility tractor

I found a 57 International 300 Utility Tractor for sale and was wondering what your thoughts were on them, either positive or negative. I know zero about tractors and haven't gone to see the tractor yet. Heres what the ad states:
1957 INTERNATIONAL 300 UTILITY TRACTOR
3 point hitch, PTO, hydraulics, tire chains. $2800/bo.
I want to use the tractor to hall trees out of the woods and also to mow my 8 acre field and till a 1
acre garden..
How hard is it to find parts and impliments such as a mower, tiller for these..Is it also possible to connect a loader??
Any advice would be greatly appreciated, Thanks in advance..
