Wayne is about right. Had a customer that parked is track loader in the pond for about two years because his tracks kept getting stuck and stiff. If you can ever get the excvator moving 10 inches back and forth, you may can work the stiff links into moving but will be hard. Soak in anything you have got to pour on them.
