Hi Gerry... I have an MM35B (1995)and have found that parts are same as cat 303.5 I could not find undercarriage parts and one day I took a hard look at the cat and discovered it was essentially the same machine. ( made in the same factory in japan). Now I just go to cat and use the 303.5 manual. By the way, the "45B" designation is the weight in tons of the machine, ( would come out to 9000lbs). It"s been a great machine for me and runs excellent. I use it for cleanup work and actually dug a cellar hole with it when my 40 ton machine was on another job! They are priced lower than the other machines because people are afraid of parts availability. ( also CSC in california has all hydraulic motors and swing bearings for these) Good luck Dave
