I"m looking for some advice on servicing a 763 bobcat. I"ve worked on lots of Case and Deere skidsteers, and a few New Hollands, but I haven"t done much with a Bobcat. What sort of oil does this machine use in the hydraulics? It looks like hydraulic oil, but I know lots of skid steers take 10W30 motor oil. Also, what about the chain case? It also looks like hydraulic oil, but I know some skidsteers use motor oil in the chain cases instead. Is there any trick to draining the chain case? I"ve removed a little plate under the rear of the machine, and there are two plugs. One looks like it would drain the fuel tank, and I assume the other is for the chain case. The one that looks like it would drain the chain case is a wierd rubber plug, not a pipe plug. Does this just pop out, or is there some trick to this? Do I need to put any sort of sealant on it when I put it back in?
