I doubt if there is more than one leaking but it is best to replace them all,the copper gasket that goes between the holder and the delivery valve is usually the cause of the leak rather than the o-ring so change both,do one at a time,do not turn the engine over with the delivery valve holder out,and as stated clean the top before you start,you need the torque for the holders to tighten to spec,ensure the clamps are put on properly so the holders don't move when the injector pipes are been tightened or loosened as that is often the cause of the problem.
