Wayne, it sounds to me like the rack might not be moving and is stuck in the fuel off position. To check remove the small diamond shaped cover from the accessorie drive housing. It's held on with two 5/16" bolts and is were you measure rack travel. Put a short pencil or something against the rack end and have someone pull the throttle on and off a few times. If the rack doesn't move something is jammed up inside. Could be a barrel and plunger. W hat are you using for fuel? Later Bob
