I hate to keep bothering everyone with non-case issues, but this is the best forum I have found and all of you guys are so helpful. I spoke of an old flathead mack I was restoring and came in need of a throttle shaft today. It actually is for he governor, which uses butterflies like the carb and is under the carb. It is 9/32 brass shaft and has a slot machined into the middle, not just one side, for the butterfly. The butterfly is 1 7/16" across and the shaft only needs to be about 2 1/2" to 3" long. I know it is not case, but perhaps the description rings a bell with something on a shelf that I can modify. My shaft has the linkage clamped on so I just need a donor.
