I"m looking at a 830 that has been made into a 5500# Puller. Has a 336 with a 3LM turbo, bigger injectors, and modified pump. I believe the motor came out of a W14 wheel loader. The motor has been rebuilt and balanced, internal balancer removed. I was wondering how many cubic inches were possible with the motor, without major stroke work and how much power is possible? Does anyone have any experience with pulling these 4 cylinders that could offer me some advice? I will be pulling in a 3000 rpm, 2.33 inch inducer bore turbo class.
