Old I can not referance AC as they of course are not around anymore. However Repair Parts list for Model "W" Speed Patrol Springfield ILL Works form TPL-110C & also Repair parts list for Model "W" speed patrol Milwaukee Wisc tractor division form TPL-110C does call it a W. Mine is in a shed that will take a hour of chipping ice to get the door open so I canot quote the SN. The SN is not in the same location as the WC. It is located on the right side up front if I remember correct. The moldboard plate 1435 as a 9ft-10ft-12 ft tiltable as well as a 12 ft tiltable and adjustable PN 604133-604038-604131-605391 repectably as options. I have never seen Plate 1473-scarifier 9 tooth option, but sure would like to locate one.
