it acts like it's running out of fuel because it is.If the float bowl is filling,than there is dirt in the carb jet or it was mis-assembled.I rebuilt a carb on a B just to find out the air cleaner was full of rust and every time I started it, all the rust was pulled into the carb.good luck.
