Today I was helping a friend tow a CA to see if it would turn over, he had filled the cyclinders with WD 40 and let them soak. At first the tires slid when letting the clutch out in 3rd gear, using the foot clutch a few times I tried the hand clutch and all it did was slide, pulled it a bit more and the rear wheels turned wiwth the tractor in gear but the engine did not turn over. When pulling it and trying to change gears it would grind the gears. I"m looking for any suggestions or what might be wrong with it. Thanks in advance.
