The TISCO set I got just has white outlined blue lettering with the goofy looking WD-45 decals and about half of the decals I thought I should have. No traction booster setting decal, no power-crater or snap coupler... for $7 more than my final set. I just puff canned it for now so it doesn't have to be dead nuts perfect but somewhat close would be nice. Just trying to get it looking fairly nice and to get qualm the "is that a WC?" questions at shows from running around stickerless. I did some asking around about the WD-45 decals, and that was when the color was brought up and I checked the picture.
I even scored some neat "diesel" decals to add to my collection on my toolbox. :D
Although not for YT, the TISCO set is pretty much the same as these (they did ask blue or black, but I thought being a early tractor, if a WD-45 would have blue, it would):
