They had one set up here in Sioux Falls, SD. Some guy got a ticket and he could prove he wasn't the driver but that didn't make any difference. He took the city to court and they have since turned off the camera. Seems there was no way of appealing the ticket. Unconstitutional to not allow you a way to defend yourself. There is a possibility that all those that were ticketed to get their money back. A company in Phoenix I believe was making big time profits with the light.
