I know a guy that leaves his parked, said he would get rid of it if he used it more than once in a great while and if it wasn't paid off. he bought new and said he wishes he had got a diesel. Here's a site with people saying about the same on gas mileage with no hope. You'd be better off getting a Chevy 3/4 w/ 350 for $1500-2500 w/ twice the mileage.
