Just wanted to let you all know of a program in California that pays farmers for older tractors.Heard a sad story of a good running 6030 deere with a cab that was driven up to the scrap heap an had holes punched in the block and trans.They won"t even let it be salvaged for parts.The farmer got $ 77,000 of our tax dollars toward a new tractor.This is government run amok.When will farmers and others stop looking to the govnmt"for help and then complain when they interfere?
