Allis B. Wasn't mine. Dad got it along with the farm when Grandpa died. I had driven it since I was about 8 though. We had it for a couple years and it only ran on 3 cyls because of a bad valve. I took it in to AG-4 my senior year and did an inframe on it. Brought the head to Aitkin Implement - local Allis dealer. Dad set up a temp account there so I could get the parts I needed for class. It seems when I was done and he had to pay the final bill it was about $140. That included a new battery box and a used sector shaft in the steering. He was furious - partly at me for being so profligate and partly at the dealer for gouging. It sure ran nice afterwards though and even he was glad it had been done.
