I would just google or bing the name, best option out there. Horse drawn sites- can't think of the name right now, horse power? I'll take a hunch and say it is probably locally made, or in your region, and being all wood? most likely before 1900, back to 1850's if it was well covered and babied. What ever you do, don't 'restore' it. Keep it covered, dry, off the ground if possible, even rolled onto one brick each wheel, don't sand, buff, grind or even oil anything till you know what you've got. Stuff like that has to be treated like antique furniture, boring, but just the way it is. Let us know what you find out- good luck!
