Thanks, this is the lower part. The building's new, just unfinished. 2 floors in the concrete part, then 2 more floors on top, post&beam milled from my trees. Bottom holds machine tools, top is my lumber shed. I'm about to mill 6"x10"x26' oak beams for the front of the upper part to house Bertha and a couple of her friends. I wasn't smart enough to buy property with buildings.
That tractor, Bertha, was the answer to my dreams. Deas Plant, who used to post here, guided me through my search. I knew what I wanted, didn't know much about these loaders.
