Around here... in the condition you want... they're closer to 20K on the dealer lot. That's not to say you can't work that price down.... but the real nice ones start over 20K. It's a popular tractor with good features in a segment that's in demand for a wide range of uses. Add to the fact that you can't buy that much tractor (features) in that size class today new for any price....
