1948 JD A, bought in 1971. Dont remember the price but it was cheap, because the whole engine was in pieces. Hauled it home in boxes except for frame and trans/rear. Overhauled and painted it and still use it around the farm. Had to buy a farm in 1975 just so I had a place to use it LOL, been farming ever since.
