4430 John Deere FWA in 1974, traded a 4020 FWA. Got a new tractor every year after that. 4430 plain front, 4630 FWA, 2 more 4430 FWA's. Then started trading....A 4240 for the 4430, several 4440's, 4640, 4840, all FWA's. 1974 was the first new 6600 combine, then new 7700's every other year. Started downsizing in 1980, last new tractor was a plain front 4240, the last year made, farmed with it and a 6600 combine, new the last year made.... until 1992....James
