other trucks possibly used same brake parts, for instance 53 mercury m 6 (canadian ford same as f6 ford ) i put a hub from unknown age ihc on as replacement when wheel bearing ruined hub also later replaced differential 3rd member with one from a gmc truck from salvage yard, try to find an older brake shop as they have sources for parts like this. i myself had good luck with lincoln clutch and brake in lincoln nebraska, very knowlegeable but no kid running the place.
