Don't bother to build just buy one. you can't build one for what you can buy one for. I priced out one about 6 years ago. Was going to cost me about the same for material to build one as I paid for one already built. That doesn't include the labor welding rod. Paid $1,039 for a 7000 lb 16' tandom 3500 lb axles with brakes on all 4 wheels. 5' ramps and ramp racks. was going to cost about 1400 for material to build one. In 91 I built a small 5'X8' to haull my lawn mower I already had framing material and it still cost me $359.00 to build & that didn't count my labor,welding rods and grinding wheels. at that time I could have bought one for about $400.00. The prices I have given you were 91 and 2005 prices but uou should be able to buy what you are wanting for around $2400.00.
