It is recycled plastic milk jugs. I used it in confinement hog buildings for years for gates and the hogs couldn't tear it up. When i needed to put a new floor in my manure spreader the John Deere dealer scared me to death with their price. I told them I could get this stuff one heck of a lot cheaper than what they were asking. So I ordered it from Sandhill and they shipped it to the John Deere dealer and they installed it for me because we had to do other work on the spreader as well. They have since used this stuff for other projects of theirs. I don't remember the price, just google them for their 800 number. It will be the last floor you ever put in your spreader.
