The 7000 has a different power shift than the rest of the 7000 series. It uses the D19 style rear end still (heavily modified and beefed up, but the same basic design). It is basically a 3spd version of the power director, instead of having just a direct and under-drive, it has under, direct, and over. You can also test the different clutch backs with compressed air so you can hear which ones are leaking, but it's a little tricky. I would get a copy of the Allis service manual before going too deep into the tractor, or else take it to someone. You can test the pump by flow testing it at the different ports. Could be anything from a bad powershift to a leaky suction line for the pump.
