With out going out side in the dark and cold to the machine shed I can not be 100% sure but if I remember right I can take the cap off both fuel tanks on my 1935 JD-B and lay them on the ground and mix them up so I would not know which is which and they will fit on either tank so yep I believe they are the same for both tanks
