It also says: "IC REG. BUILT IN ALT" on the tag. So I assume that means it does. The plug has a large blue wire probably 12 gauge and a smaller green wire probably a 16 gauge. I would assume that one is a voltage feed back from the battery and the other an exciter voltage from the ignition but haven"t ever worked on the Chrysler stuff.
