O.K. finally got to look at the photos. You have to viable options.. Go to a salvage yard and find a donor tractor. You need to tell them you need the back tns cover with the rocker lift cross shaft and all related parts. Now don,t get excited and pay big bucks. The guy that has that is not going to have a bunch of customers for the parts you need. May take a little jawing but you can get what you need for less than a grand at some salvage yard. If you can,t let me know .. Second option find an M or super m that some one has added 3 point and I am thinking maybe even a ih 400. Most of that type used an external lift system that you could use your already in place hydraulics. You might have to tweek the hitch but basacily works back to your axel housing. Don,t know that we can get you going by spring but that is probably a little farther away up north so you might have 8 / 10 weeks. Lets get started. O just a word of warning if you get the 3 point you are going to need heavy implments. That old ih will tear up these implments made for the 8 n ford. Ha... Jerry
