I think you need to talk to a dealer. They may have heard of this before. They'd probably have a hyd. tester they could hook to the quick couplers to test the flow and pressure going to the backhoe. Something is restricting flow to the backhoe. If the quick couplers are worn, they won't engage fully. Maybe one or both of them is stuck closed? I wouldn't run your machine too much cause you could damage the hyd. pump if there's a flow restriction. I'd get some steel caps for the lines(to stop oil from leaking) and take the quick couplers right off and check them. DO NOT run your machine with the lines capped or you will blow up the hyd pump.
