I have a single axle 5' x 10' trailer that I have to put a new bottom in and maybe new sides. Since it's gotta be stripped a little anyway, a dump trailer would be real handy. Most weight would be 2.5 yds of manure of different moisture levels (max 2 ton but normalla 1 ton).
Was thinking just another frame to set on top of and hinge with bolt hinges to the back.
Any idea what I could get by with for angle iron for the frame and tips on a simple dump method (portapower type setup maybe) or just a single action cylinder I could use with a hyd outlet on the tractor? I look at pics but am kinda thickheaded on the cylinder setup.
