I agree with that. The coldest I've ever been was in north Louisiana We live in north Arkansas and the jet stream plays hop scotch across us. I've seen it 40 degrees and I would freeze to death and then it be 10 degrees and could work in your shirt sleeves. I've also seen the difference in snow. When we get the dry powdery snow there is no problem getting around but the wet snow is slicker than goose snot. Last year we had over 30" of snow but this year has been very dry.
