It depends on what you will be using it for the most. If it's tillage I would go with the JD but if you are going to use it more for loader work then the NH would be my choice hands down. Like Andy said in mud a FWD is almost a necessity with a loader. After owning a 4020 and many saying they were one of JD's best I've been very unimpressed with JD tractors but still 8 grand is a lot of money.
