For a small garden I would look for a cub with cultivators and a drawbar kit. If you look you can find used implements.
I currently have a 140 of my Dads that I have pieced together, but was going to get a cub with cultivators and a tractor (3 point)for mowing.
With the drawbar added correctly, some take 2 brackets and special bolts you can pull a small cart or ATV implements.
My uncle had 2 cubs for cultivating, carrying sticks and moving tobacco to the barn (1500-1800 lbs) One was originally a sickle mower for the hayfield for the cows and horses that did the farmwork.
