About ten years ago when I was leave'n MSU every one talked about how great Ledbetter was so I tried them. Had 9 steers that all looked just alike and took 3 to Ledbetter, Marion, and Owensboro all the same week, Ledbetter done a good bit better. When the Gibsons took over Marion I tried them again and done just as well as Ledetter so been stop'n there on Mondays for several years. Just before the big fiasco I was told that the folks who own Ledbetter bought Owensboro and prices seem to be more on par there now than they were years ago.
I think if Marion opens back up it will almost have to be under new ownership. Even the buyers wouldn't want to show up. It's just by far a better drive form the house.
