I love mine. I would reccomend buying the coarse grinding stone. It comes with the fine stone, and a large bit would take many (50+) turns to sharpen it. With the coarse stone it is much better. Once you get used to using it, it should only take about a minute to sharpen a bit to like new condition. Touch up every bit before you use it and it will cut through steel like butter..
