I think I knew him about 30 years ago.I looked him up and there are 2 people by that name in the USA.One is in Wellington, Kansas the other is at Marshall,Mo.So if its the one I knew that would be his son at Marshall,Mo and his ex wife is at Marshall,Mo.I think her name is Susan.He might have more kids,but one of them is Otto Tegtmeyer,III.He is in his early 30s.I think the old man is the one you are looking for,but I dont know for sure. It says he is 72 years old for the Wellington,Ks one.That would be about right for the one I know.His ex wife might know if he is dead or not.Might be a possibilty since he was 72.
