I know you probably already have these but I think it's worth mentioning that if there are any of the clamp on quick fix battery terminals in the system ( I doubt it on your truck ) ditch them asap and put solder on ends on it with shrink tubing. If you have the side mount cables you can get new ends for them too. I had one bad side mount cable end on my diesel work truck that I was having the same problem with -unreliable starting even with known good batteries- drove us crazy ...cleaning the cable connectors only provided a temporary fix. New ends fixed the problem. Providing you have enough cable after cutting the old ends off to expose clean cable.
