I think next time the old Ford will get "big truck" batteries.. I paid about $90 a pop for these 2, and they're now 29 months old.. This crap started for me about the beginning of December.. I found a bad connection at the starter, and changed that.. Fixed it for a little bit.. I can get the big batteries from NAPA for the same price as these.. SO..
I don't know.. I'm gonna have to check the glow plugs, as the "cycling" has changed, and it's showing a sign of bad ones.. so one day this week I'll look into that.. which don't really change the battery issue, but if it hits on the first attempt, usually no problems..
