Obviously those two disk that some people call a clutch are mashing together and causing this to happen. In order to fix this problem you will have to split the tractor (that means remove the back end from the front end) and put as much grease as you can possibly get on those two disk things. That should fix that problem and the tractor will remain stationary for quite some time, if this problem reappears repeat this process.
