If the screaming goes away when the oil gets warm then that pretty well tells you that the oil is not drawing when it's cold... so use lighter oil or let it warm up at a lower speed where it doesn't cavitate. If you're using 134D and it's doing this you can switch to a winter(arctic) grade fluid. F200 I think is what they call it. Basically just a lighter base stock oil...
