You are certianly entitled to your opinion, but the talk in our small towns have remarked to the fact that you can not trust them if you do report a case.
So why should it be made public that they are being investigated? They could be 100% guilty, but being condemed in the news is for politicians.
I have a big chip on my sholders because I was acused of wife beating in a divorce case. My ex just happened to tell one of HER witness prior to court that I had never laid a hand on her.
All that is public record when she admited in court that I had never abused her.
I hire kids often, and after over twenty years they tell me their parents told them that. So I wonder how much that has cost me in the last twenty years when someone did not hire me as their contractor. A small town of 700 folks may have condemed me also.
The fire martial has done his investigation, and found nothing.
So that in my mind makes them inocent until proven guilty.
