it's a pain getting the twine off especially after we had freezing rain but better than losing a $1200 cow over a few pennies worth of plastic, leave it on and some always ends up on the spreader beaters. Also seen it get wrapped around their feet cutting off circulation. Stand it up on end and usually you can get it off. dad tried the leave it on thing once , what a mess! School was cancelled today, used to have to be a whiteout before we got out, are administrators softer or more cautious today?
