While I really resent and don't like being told how to conduct my business (and I usually just walk away) I have to say that Paypal/Ebay has taken care of two situations where I would have probably been left high and dry if I had paid directly. One deal was for almost $800 and the other about $50. In both cases they refunded my money after I filed a claim and presented documentation as to what had taken place. I guess it's just the principal of being told that I have to do something a certain way makes me not want to do it. I guess I don't take orders/ultimatums very well.
