I took my Blu-Ray player in to HH Gregg because the sound wasn't working, it's under warranty. They told me it could take up to 6 WEEKS to get it back. I asked why the heck it would take that long, and she said "Well sometimes they have to get parts, and it may take a while". I told her (loudly) that I was in Iraq, and it didn't take 6 weeks to send something to and from there in a combat zone. They had a "Sorry for your luck" attitude as well. They've seen the last of my money. On a good note however, a place called MicroCenter has given me good service. I took in my laptop and said that I had just returned from Iraq and I wanted to get it cleaned since it's real dusty there. He had the tech look at it and they said it was actually pretty good and for me to just buy a can of Dust Off, because that's all they would've done.
