Glad it all worked out. I've found bad customer service is a new "standard" these days. It is everywhere I go, few really stellar pockets of great service remain.
It's a bad cycle we are in, consumers look for cheap, have lots of options not available even 10 years ago, employers have much tighter margins,, hire cheaper help or outsource, yet we all expect and deserve good service. Not sure where we will be in 10 more years,,,,,, but I don't think I will like it!!
