I think its like that with any parts nowadays. I needed a wheel bearing for a mower tire and just had a bad feeling about what tha napa guy was trying to sell me. I asked him 3 times if he wanted me to go out to the truck and bring in the tire, he kept saying no this is it. I said I gonna bring in the tire, because Im not running down here again. Guess what, it was the wrong bearing. Other than a complete idiot, if the customer says let match this up who would say no! Now when I need something, I dont care how greassy, dirty or smelly the thing is, I bring it in and set it on there counter, so they can see what I need.
