BTDT! A year ago I needed a gear for the John Deere 700 grinder mixer. Went on line,looked it up,ordered it,hoped it was early enough in the afternoon to get it on its way since I needed it right now to grind feed. Next morning,mid morning,I came in the house,the answering machine was blinking. It was the dealer (same one). Needed to confirm the order. Asked all the same questions that they would have asked if I had called them to ordr it in the first place. If I HAD called them,I might have had it that day instead of skrewin around confirming the order. Bought a New Holland grinder in the spring.
